REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Boys need to have the following items:

Stick

Shoulder Pads

Arm Pads

Gloves

Cup

Mouthguard

Cleats

Helmet

Girls need to have the following items:​

Goggles

Practice pinney and uniforms provided by North Tahoe Lacrosse. If you have any questions about gear, please ask your coach for recommendations.   We have a limited supply of donated gear that can be loaned out.  If you are shopping, the team at the Lacrosse Fanatic is also great and can recommend gear based on your age and skill level as well as position.
